Your Rights Under Philippine Law

Defined Retention Periods
pub709 retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised. Retention schedules are set out in this policy.
Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected players, pub709 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours and will inform affected players without undue delay.
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by pub709 in connection with your use of pub709.cam and any related services, applications, or communications. It applies to all players, prospective players, and visitors to the pub709 platform, regardless of where in the Philippines they are located.
pub709 processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (and its Implementing Rules and Regulations), the regulations and circulars issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and the data-related requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, pub709 is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data processed under this Privacy Policy. pub709 determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through pub709.cam.
pub709 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Data Privacy Act and for handling data subject requests. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14 of this Privacy Policy.
3. Personal Data We Collect
3.1 Registration Data
When you create a pub709 account, we collect the following information:

- Scanned or photographed government-issued ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, UMID, or PRC ID)
- Selfie photograph for liveness verification
- Proof of address (where required for high-value withdrawal requests)
3.3 Financial & Transaction Data
- GCash account number or Maya account reference (last four digits only; pub709 does not store full e-wallet credentials)
- Bank account details for InstaPay withdrawals (account name and number)
- Deposit and withdrawal history, including timestamps, amounts in PHP, and transaction reference numbers

- PAGCOR and Philippine government agencies: Where required by law, regulatory directive, court order, or lawful request from a competent Philippine government authority, including the AMLC.
- Payment service providers: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorised payment processors — strictly to facilitate the processing of deposits and withdrawals.
- KYC and identity verification providers: Authorised third-party verification partners who process identity and liveness data on pub709's behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- IT and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, security, and data storage providers who process personal data as data processors under written agreements that impose the same data protection standards required by Philippine law.
- Game content providers: Software providers whose games are hosted on pub709 may receive anonymised session identifiers necessary to operate their games; they do not receive your personally identifiable information unless explicitly required and disclosed.
- Professional advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and compliance consultants engaged by pub709, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

9. Data Retention
pub709 retains personal data for the following periods, after which data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised:
- Account and KYC records: Retained for the duration of your active account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AML legislation.
- Transaction and wagering records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements.
- Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or until the matter to which they relate is fully resolved, whichever is later.
- Technical and usage logs: Retained for twelve (12) months for security analysis purposes, then deleted.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the period of your account plus three (3) years, as evidence of consent or its withdrawal.
10. Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, all pub709 players located in the Philippines have the following enforceable rights in respect of their personal data:

pub709 implements comprehensive technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption: All personal data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Player passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic functions and are never stored in recoverable form.
- Access Controls: Access to player data is restricted to authorised pub709 personnel who require it for their specific role. All access is logged and audited.
- Penetration Testing: pub709's platform undergoes regular third-party security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
- Incident Response: pub709 maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a confirmed personal data breach, pub709 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours and will inform affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.
- Employee Training: All pub709 staff with access to personal data receive mandatory data privacy training upon onboarding and annually thereafter.
While pub709 takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Players are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and for notifying pub709 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
12. Children's Privacy & Age Restriction
pub709's platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. pub709 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If pub709 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all associated data will be deleted or returned, subject to any mandatory retention requirements under AML law. Where underage access is detected, pub709 will report the incident to PAGCOR as required.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
pub709 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR requirements, or pub709's data processing practices. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
For material changes — that is, changes that significantly affect how pub709 processes personal data or that alter your rights under this Privacy Policy — pub709 will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the pub709 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your data in accordance with Section 10.
